Indian technology firm Lava has released the Virat V1 Pro 5G smartphone in the Indian market. The phone targets the mid-to-low price segment, aiming to provide 5G connectivity at a more accessible price point.
The Lava Virat V1 Pro 5G features a 6.75-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Unisoc T8200 chipset and comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
With dimensions of 168.29 x 77.64 x 8.68mm and a weight of 207g, the Virat V1 Pro 5G is equipped with a 50-megapixel main rear camera. It also boasts IP64 dust and splash resistance. The smartphone runs on the Android 16 operating system.
The new model is available in two color options: midnight blue and frost white. The Virat V1 Pro 5G is priced at 15,999 Indian Rupees in India, which converts to approximately $192 USD.
