Law Firm Business Development Program Yields $9.3 Million in Revenue in Under 12 Months
Apochromatik's business development program generated over $9.3 million in new revenue for participating law firms within 12 months. The training also reportedly increased attorneys' confidence and relationship-building skills.

Apochromatik, a company focused on business development, has reported significant financial returns for law firms that participated in its RealBD Business Development Academy. Firms investing less than $100,000 in the program generated over $9.3 million in new revenue within a 12-month period.
The return on investment was reported to exceed 17,900 percent. Among participating attorneys, average year-over-year revenue growth increased by 46 percent. The program aims to enhance lawyers' business development capabilities and client acquisition.
Participants also reported substantial improvements in competencies related to business development and leadership. Confidence in using LinkedIn for client and referral source attraction reportedly increased by 950 percent. Relationship-building skills and a growth mindset also saw significant gains.
Apochromatik CEO Amy M. Gardner emphasized that the program targets the underlying skills that drive sustainable growth, rather than just tactical approaches. "Business development is a learnable skill," Gardner stated. According to the company, attorneys can dramatically improve their results with practical tools, coaching, and a structured process.
