Law Firm Initiates Securities Class Action Against Duolingo Following Stock Decline

Legal firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP has filed a securities class action lawsuit against Duolingo, Inc. The complaint alleges that the language-learning platform provided misleading financial information to shareholders between May 2, 2025, and February 26, 2026.

The litigation follows a 25.49% decline in Duolingo's share price during the specified period. Plaintiffs claim that management failed to disclose material information, resulting in financial losses for investors when the share value subsequently dropped.

Investors wishing to serve as lead plaintiff in the case must submit their applications by December 7, 2026. Participation in a class action lawsuit is optional, and shareholders retain the right to act independently or remain passive members of the class.
