Law Firm Investigates Advasa Holdings After CFO Resignation Post-Listing
Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP is investigating Advasa Holdings (NASDAQ: ADBT) for potential securities law violations following the abrupt resignation of its Chief Financial Officer just two days after its direct listing.

San Francisco – National shareholders rights firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP has launched an investigation into Advasa Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBT) concerning potential securities law violations. The inquiry was prompted by the sudden resignation of the company's Chief Financial Officer, which occurred merely two days after Advasa's public market debut.
The CFO, Katharyn Field, who also served as the principal accounting officer, resigned on August 27, 2026, citing "personal reasons." This abrupt departure, so soon after the company's direct listing on the Nasdaq Global Market on August 25, 2026, has raised concerns among investors and regulators.
Following the announcement of Field's resignation on September 2, 2026, Advasa's stock price fell by $1.96. It dropped another $1.38 the following day, resulting in a total loss of $3.34, or 90%, from its closing price on September 1, 2026. By September 14, 2026, Advasa had seen approximately $2.9 billion of its market capitalization erased since its listing.
"We are focused on the circumstances surrounding the CFO departure," stated Reed Kathrein, the Hagens Berman partner leading the investigation. The firm is examining the accuracy of disclosures made by Advasa and its executive leadership regarding the company's financial controls, internal accounting stability, and operational readiness.
Hagens Berman is encouraging investors who purchased Advasa Holdings stock and suffered substantial losses to contact the firm to learn more about their rights and the ongoing investigation.
