Law firm investigates Alphatec Holdings following revenue guidance revision
Levi & Korsinsky is investigating potential securities violations at Alphatec Holdings after the firm lowered its 2026 revenue forecast shortly after reaffirming it.

New York-based law firm Levi & Korsinsky has launched an investigation into Alphatec Holdings (ATEC) regarding potential financial misrepresentation. The inquiry follows the company's decision to significantly adjust its fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance shortly after providing previous assurances to investors.
On August 4, Alphatec Holdings confirmed an annual revenue forecast of approximately $882 million. However, during the release of its third-quarter financial results on October 30, the company revised that outlook downward to $862 million. The discrepancy has prompted scrutiny from legal representatives seeking to determine if shareholders were misled during the interim period.
The investigation aims to identify whether the company's public disclosures complied with securities regulations. Levi & Korsinsky is currently soliciting information from affected investors who incurred losses following the announcement. Alphatec Holdings has not publicly addressed the pending investigation at this time.
