Law Firm Investigates Data Breach Affecting Health Access Network Patients

The firm notified the New Hampshire Attorney General and began issuing notices to patients in September 2026 whose personal information may have been exposed.
The breach reportedly occurred in December 2025 within the systems of Aesto, LLC, a healthcare data migration and archiving services provider that processed information for Health Access Network. Unauthorized access allegedly took place between approximately December 2 and December 18, 2025. Aesto detected a network security incident on December 18, 2025. Health Access Network's own computer systems were reportedly not involved.
Information potentially compromised for affected Health Access Network patients may include names, Social Security numbers, and medical details. The law firm is offering free, confidential case evaluations to any individual who has received a breach notification or believes their data may have been compromised.
Edelson Lechtzin LLP is examining the possibility of filing a class action lawsuit to seek remedies for individuals whose sensitive personal data may have been compromised. Such a suit could aim to recover compensation for losses, including lost time and out-of-pocket expenses, and to compel Health Access Network to enhance its data protection measures.
