Law Firm Investigates Three Corporate Deals for Shareholder Rights

New York, NY โ€“ September 25, 2026 โ€“ Investor rights law firm Halper Sadeh LLC has initiated investigations into three corporate transactions involving Fulcrum Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: FULC), TriCo Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBK), and LXP Industrial Trust (NYSE: LXP).

The investigations will examine potential violations of federal securities laws and breaches of fiduciary duties owed to shareholders. Halper Sadeh stated that the transactions under review may include terms that limit superior competing offers, and that insiders may stand to receive substantial financial benefits not available to ordinary shareholders.

In the proposed merger of Fulcrum Therapeutics with Slate Medicines, Inc., Fulcrum shareholders are expected to own 5.0% of the combined company. For TriCo Bancshares' sale to First Hawaiian, Inc., TriCo shareholders are expected to own approximately 35% of the combined company post-closing. LXP Industrial Trust is being sold to Brookfield Asset Management and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board for $61.20 per share in cash.

Halper Sadeh LLC is encouraging shareholders of the involved companies to contact the firm to discuss their rights and options. The firm represents investors in cases of securities fraud and corporate misconduct, and has previously been involved in corporate reforms and recovering funds for investors.
