Lawsuit Alleges Microvast Misled Investors
An investor rights law firm has filed a class action lawsuit against Microvast Holdings, Inc., alleging the company made misleading statements regarding its financial targets and expansion plans.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, a law firm specializing in investor rights, has filed a class action lawsuit against Microvast Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVST) and certain of its officers. The suit alleges violations of federal securities laws on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Microvast securities between April 1, 2025, and March 16, 2026.
The complaint claims that during the class period, the company made false and misleading statements. Specifically, it alleges that Microvast overstated its ability to meet margin targets due to inventory management issues and delays in customer vehicle rollouts. Furthermore, the lawsuit claims the company misrepresented its ability to complete the expansion of its Huzhou facility by the end of 2025.
These alleged misrepresentations and omissions, if proven, could have led to significant investor harm. The law firm is urging Microvast shareholders who experienced losses during the specified period to come forward and potentially join the legal action. Investors have a deadline to request appointment as lead plaintiff in the case.
The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for the affected investors. Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC states that it represents clients on a contingency fee basis, meaning fees and expenses are typically recovered only if the case is successful.
