Lawsuit Filed Against The Ensign Group Over Investor Losses
Investors who suffered losses in The Ensign Group shares between February 2022 and June 2026 are asked to contact the law firm Wolf Haldenstein.

The law firm Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against The Ensign Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENSG). The lawsuit targets investors who purchased or acquired the company's securities between February 10, 2022, and June 18, 2026, and subsequently suffered losses.
According to the complaint, company executives allegedly made false or misleading statements and failed to disclose material information. The allegations claim that Netcapital, an Ensign Group subsidiary, improperly recognized revenues from consulting agreements that were purportedly sham transactions. These agreements are alleged to have been backdated and, in some cases, forged, with Netcapital Advisors providing little to no actual consulting services.
Furthermore, the lawsuit contends that transactions with portfolio companies were undisclosed related-party dealings. Investors assert that the company's certifications under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act were false. Consequently, the executives' statements regarding Ensign's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading.
In early September 2026, The Ensign Group's stock experienced several declines. A previously announced SEC complaint and the resignation of the company's auditor have impacted the stock's valuation. Most recently, Avi Liss, a member of the company's board, resigned in late September, citing serious allegations against the company.
Investors who incurred losses during this period are encouraged to contact Wolf Haldenstein. The deadline to be appointed lead plaintiff is December 7, 2026. Legal consultation is offered without cost or obligation.
