Laytr's new app allows saving diverse online content
Laytr has released a new application enabling users to save a wide range of online content, including articles, recipes, screenshots, videos, and PDFs for later access.
Laytr, a new player in the tech space, has launched an application that expands the capabilities of saving online content. Moving beyond the typical 'read-it-later' function, Laytr allows users to save virtually anything they encounter on the web.
This includes not only articles but also recipes, screenshots, videos, PDF documents, bookmarks, and even open browser tabs. The app aims to provide a comprehensive tool for managing digital information encountered during online browsing.
Laytr automatically sorts the various saved file types and organizes them into collections termed "cases." The application ensures seamless synchronization across a user's Apple devices, maintaining a private archive.
The app's introduction follows the discontinuation of services like Mozilla's Pocket, creating an opportunity for new solutions that cater to users seeking broader content-saving functionalities.
