LCS Appoints New Leaders for Sales and Resident Experience
LCS has appointed Shelley Hamner as Assistant Vice President of Sales and Shauna Shockley as Assistant Vice President of Resident Experience for its 10 Vi communities nationwide.
LCS has appointed Shelley Hamner and Shauna Shockley to lead sales and resident experience, respectively, for its portfolio of 10 Vi communities. These appointments are aimed at advancing Vi's sales strategy and enhancing the resident experience across its Life Plan Communities nationwide.
Shelley Hamner will oversee Vi's sales strategy, focusing on connecting prospective residents with the community's lifestyle and offerings. Hamner brings extensive experience in senior living sales, marketing, and residential settings. Gary Smith, President & CEO of Vi, highlighted Hamner's deep understanding of the evolving senior living landscape and future resident expectations.
Shauna Shockley will lead Vi's resident experience strategy, focusing on the entire resident journey and daily interactions. With nearly 15 years of senior living leadership experience, she will align insights, programs, and partnerships to ensure a consistent and enriched experience. She will also continue to develop the Vista 360 Well-Being program.
"Shauna's leadership will help Vi stay ahead of those expectations by looking at the full resident journey and every interaction," Smith added. Vi, which became part of LCS in May 2026, aims to enrich residents' lives through quality environments, services, and programs.
