Le Dao OrinX Vehicle Software Update Initiated, Rollout Planned for July
The Coconut 3.1.0 software update for Le Dao OrinX vehicles, focusing on its all-visual driving system, has begun its initial phase of limited testing. A broader rollout to all customers is scheduled for July.

Le Dao's Coconut 3.1.0 software update, designed to enhance the purely visual driving system for its OrinX models, has commenced its first round of limited testing. According to Ma Lei, head of brand communications, feedback from early testers has been positive, indicating significant improvements in driving capabilities.
Le Dao plans to release the update to all 160,000 OrinX vehicles, encompassing both new and existing customers, within July. This rollout is expected to bring substantial upgrades to the vehicle's intelligent driving features.
In April, Nio's Assistant Vice President and Le Dao Product Head, Yu Bin, detailed that this major update would cover multiple aspects, including intelligent cabin modes, intelligent chassis control, and advanced driver-assistance systems. Notably, new end-to-end intelligent driving models are anticipated to deliver a comprehensive iteration of the user experience, greatly enhancing urban and highway navigation assistance.
The update is also slated to introduce features such as human-machine co-driving and personalized parking position selection. The company claims these enhancements will position the vehicle at a leading level within its class.
The Coconut 3.1.0 update will be distributed to all OrinX models utilizing purely visual technology, sold since Le Dao's launch in early 2024.
