LEAP India Profit Up 66%, Revenue Up 56% Ahead of IPO
LEAP India, a supply chain solutions provider, reported a 66% increase in profit and a 56% rise in revenue for FY26. The company is preparing for its initial public offering.

Supply chain solutions provider LEAP India reported a 65.7% jump in its net profit for fiscal year 2026, reaching ₹62.3 crore (approximately $7.5 million USD) from ₹37.6 crore in the previous fiscal. This growth was attributed to business expansion and improved operational efficiencies.
The company's operating revenue climbed 56.4% year-on-year to ₹729.5 crore in FY26, up from ₹466.5 crore a year prior. LEAP India offers services including equipment pooling, returnable packaging, inventory management, and transportation, serving sectors like FMCG, beverages, e-commerce, automotive, and retail.
During FY26, LEAP India also acquired CHEP India Pvt Ltd for ₹77.58 crore. This acquisition expanded the company's pallet and container pooling network and strengthened its customer base. The services segment, which involves the rental of reusable logistics assets, remains the core business and saw a 52.6% increase in revenue.
Founded in 2013 by Sunu Mathew, LEAP India is preparing for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indian stock exchange, aiming to raise approximately ₹2,480 crore (around $300 million USD). The company filed its draft prospectus yesterday, with a price band set between ₹151 to ₹159 per share. The focus remains on leveraging the growing demand for efficient logistics solutions.
