Logistics technology platform LEAP India has secured ₹743.6 crore (approximately $89 million) from anchor investors, a day before its initial public offering (IPO) opens for subscription on August 7. The company finalized the allocation of 4.67 crore equity shares at ₹159 per share, the highest price in its intended range.

The anchor round saw participation from domestic mutual funds and life insurance companies, with Axis Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal, and Bank Of India among the key investors. Other significant financial institutions also participated in the round.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹480 crore and an offer for sale component of up to ₹2,000 crore. At the upper price band of ₹151 to ₹159, the IPO is expected to value the company at approximately ₹7,004.5 crore.

Founded in 2013 by Sunu Mathew, LEAP India provides supply chain solutions including equipment pooling, packaging management, and transportation. The company reported a net profit of ₹62.3 crore for the fiscal year ended March 2026, a 66% increase from the previous year, with operating revenue rising to ₹729.5 crore.
