LEAP India's shares began trading on the BSE and NSE at a premium of approximately 4.4% above their issue price of ₹159. The stock opened at ₹166 on the BSE and ₹155.90 on the NSE.
The company's market capitalization was approximately ₹7,011.1 crore (about $735 million) at the time of listing. Later in the morning, the stock traded down over 4% from its opening price on the BSE, reaching ₹157.5.
The company's initial public offering involved a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹480 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹2,000 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue are designated for repaying borrowings and general corporate purposes.
LEAP India provides supply chain solutions, including equipment pooling, returnable packaging, inventory management, and transportation services. Its client base spans sectors such as FMCG, beverages, e-commerce, automotive, and retail. The company reported serving over 1,000 customers, including major brands like Coca-Cola and Panasonic, as of FY26.
