Leap Partners enters Virginia market with 360 Plumbing Service acquisition
Nashville-based home services firm Leap Partners has expanded into Virginia by acquiring the Richmond-based plumbing provider 360 Plumbing Service.

Leap Partners, a Nashville-based home service company, has extended its footprint into Virginia through the acquisition of 360 Plumbing Service. The Richmond-based firm will continue to operate under its existing brand, with founder Bob Mancino remaining in a leadership role to oversee daily operations.
Founded in 2014, 360 Plumbing Service provides plumbing services for residential and commercial clients. The acquisition grants the firm access to additional capital and corporate support from Leap Partners, a move intended to assist in scaling the business while maintaining local continuity.
This transaction follows an aggressive growth strategy for Leap Partners, which has acquired 36 plumbing, electrical, and HVAC companies across the Southeastern United States over the past four years. The company's business model relies on integrating local service providers into a broader portfolio while allowing original management teams to maintain operational autonomy.
