Leapmotor B-series Reaches 300,000 Production Units Milestone
Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Leapmotor announced its B-series models, B01 and B10, have collectively surpassed 300,000 units produced. This marks the fastest production ramp-up for any model series in the brand's history.
Chinese electric vehicle maker Leapmotor has announced that its B-series models, the B01 and B10, have collectively surpassed 300,000 units produced. According to the company, reaching this production milestone took just 1 year and 6 months, setting a new record for the fastest time Leapmotor has achieved 300,000 units for a model series.
Furthermore, the company reported that the B10 model has achieved 60,000 units in exports faster than any other Leapmotor model overseas. The B01 and B10 are compact electric vehicles built on the LEAP3.5 technology architecture. Their latest versions feature extended range capabilities and an 800V architecture.
The B01 is positioned as a compact electric sedan, offered in five trims with prices ranging from 95,800 to 119,800 yuan. The B10 is a similarly sized compact electric SUV, also available in five trims, priced between 99,800 and 125,800 yuan. These updated models were launched in July 2026.
Leapmotor is among China's rapidly expanding EV manufacturers, aiming to increase its presence in both domestic and international markets. The expansion of its model lineup and production capacity are key components of the company's growth strategy.
