Leetx Introduces EcoMove Electric Cylinder to Streamline Assembly Integration
Industrial automation supplier Leetx has launched the EcoMove smart electric cylinder, aiming to simplify the setup of automated assembly stations and reduce integration times.

Leetx, a provider of industrial fastening and assembly technologies, announced on July 10, 2026, the release of its EcoMove smart electric cylinder. The product is designed to streamline the integration process for automated assembly stations, a task traditionally requiring significant time and resources.
Previously, system integrators often sourced motors, controllers, sensors, and cables from multiple suppliers, writing custom code for force control. Leetx states this process could take between 40 and 100 hours per station. EcoMove integrates the mechanical body, servomotor, controller, pressure sensor, and visualization software into a single unit, eliminating the need for disparate components and custom programming.
The company claims the EcoMove unit can be configured in approximately two hours. It offers a force range of 10 to 60 kN and is suitable for press-fitting, riveting, spring testing, bending, and straightening operations. Target industries include automotive, electric vehicle batteries, and general industrial automation.
Key features highlighted by Leetx include real-time monitoring of force and displacement, adaptive speed control to maintain force overshoot below 2%, and storage for up to 32 process programs. The cylinder operates with 20 times lower energy consumption than hydraulic solutions and a noise level below 75 dB. The CE-certified EcoMove is available immediately, with European service provided by Leetx's German subsidiary.
