Dana Webber, CEO and Managing Partner of Legacy Distribution, will serve as CEO of the expanded company, which will operate under the "Vision Films" name. Lise Romanoff, Founder and Managing Director of Vision Films, will transition to a consultant role but will represent the company at the upcoming AFM market in November.
The merged entity will continue to offer new releases alongside combined libraries of features, TV series, documentaries, specials, and music programming. Vision Films is known for its extensive library of independent films, TV series, and documentaries distributed globally across theatrical, digital, and broadcast platforms.
Webber stated that the acquisition will advance the mission of delivering diverse content to worldwide audiences. Romanoff expressed confidence in Webber's leadership to manage the next chapter of Vision Films' library and operations.
