LEGO Adjusts Delivery Times for UK and Ireland Customers

LEGO.com has revised its delivery schedules, providing updated timeframes for customer orders within the United Kingdom and Ireland. The company is now offering two distinct delivery speeds: Standard delivery, estimated to take 2-4 business days, and Express delivery, which is expected to arrive within 1-2 business days.

These changes apply to orders placed through LEGO.com, including construction sets and other merchandise. The company aims to provide clearer expectations for order fulfillment and transit times.

For customers ordering individual bricks or replacement parts, the existing procedures remain in place. Pick a Brick orders are dispatched from Poland and have an estimated delivery time of nine business days. Replacement pieces are sent via local postal services and typically arrive within 9-12 business days.

Requests for replacement pieces due to missing or damaged items will continue to be processed with a delivery window of 21-35 business days. LEGO.com indicated it is exploring expansion into additional regions for its e-commerce services.
