LEGO Expands Global Production and Distribution Network
The LEGO Group is expanding its global production and distribution capacity with investments in new factories and distribution centers to meet future demand and enhance supply chain flexibility.

The LEGO Group is expanding its global production and distribution network to meet future demand and support long-term growth. The company aims to accelerate deliveries and improve the flexibility and resilience of its supply chain.
The group currently operates six factories located in Denmark, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Mexico, China, and Vietnam. A new factory is planned for the U.S., with completion expected in 2027. A temporary packing facility is currently in operation in Virginia.
LEGO is also enhancing its distribution network, expanding the number of regional distribution centers (RDCs) across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, the Americas, and Asia & Pacific. A distribution center in Belgium began operations in June 2024, and one in Vietnam started in April 2025. Another RDC in the U.S. is anticipated to be operational by 2027.
These investments are intended to strengthen the company's regional and global manufacturing capabilities, enabling faster and more efficient delivery of LEGO products to consumers. LEGO emphasizes that as its network grows, a commitment to safety, quality, innovation, and sustainability remains central to its operations.
