LEGO GmbH Introduces New Gift Card Options
LEGO GmbH has launched new gift card options, available as both electronic and mailed cards. The cards are region-specific and intended to facilitate gift-giving for LEGO products.

LEGO GmbH has introduced new gift card options, offering customers the choice between electronic delivery via email or physical cards sent by mail. This move aims to provide a flexible gifting solution for enthusiasts of LEGO products, particularly when specific set preferences are unknown.
The company stated that the purchased gift cards can only be redeemed in the same country or region where they were bought. To send a gift card to a recipient in a different location, the purchase must be made through the LEGO.com website corresponding to that specific region. Customers can use their own billing address during checkout regardless of the gift card's destination.
Regarding delivery times, standard mail delivery for physical gift cards is expected to take 4–7 business days to most destinations, with deliveries to Canada potentially taking up to 14 days. Electronic gift cards are typically delivered to the recipient's inbox within an hour of purchase.
LEGO GmbH clarified that LEGO Insiders points cannot be used to purchase gift cards, nor will points be earned on such transactions. The gift cards are valid for use at all LEGO stores, except for one location in Barcelona, as well as on LEGO.com and via phone orders within the same purchasing region. They are not accepted at LEGOLAND parks or by other retailers selling LEGO sets.
