LEGO Group Releases SpongeBob SquarePants Building Set

The LEGO Group has introduced its new LEGO Icons SpongeBob SquarePants: Bikini Bottom building set, aligning with the animated series' SpongeBob Day and character birthday. The set, developed in partnership with Paramount Products & Experiences, recreates well-known locations from the show, including SpongeBob's pineapple home, Squidward's house, Patrick's rock, and Jellyfish Fields.

The 1,794-piece set includes several characters as minifigures: SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward. Additionally, brick-built figures of Gary the Snail and DoodleBob are featured. The construction incorporates detailed references to iconic moments and elements from the series, such as the Krabby Patty restaurant, SpongeBob's kitchen, and details alluding to Squidward's musical pursuits.

The new LEGO Icons SpongeBob SquarePants: Bikini Bottom set (product number 11386) will be available for pre-order starting July 14, 2026, with general availability beginning September 1, 2026. For collectors, a LEGO BrickHeadz SpongeBob SquarePants figure (product number 40858) will also be available for pre-order from the same date.
