LEGO Insiders members receive instructions for promo and discount codes

LEGO GmbH has detailed the process for its LEGO Insiders program members to utilize promotional and discount codes for orders placed through LEGO.com. The new guidance aims to clarify how members can redeem points for rewards and apply direct discounts.

Insiders members can redeem collected points for various rewards, including physical LEGO sets, posters, and keychains. These rewards are accessed via promotional codes obtained after redeeming points in the LEGO Insiders Rewards Center or through email. Digital rewards are immediately available and do not require a separate code.

To apply a promotional code to an online order, customers proceed to the 'My Bag' section of the checkout process. There, they will find a field labeled 'Enter Promo Code' to input their code before finalizing the purchase. The company states that only one promotional code can be used per order. For phone orders, the code must be provided to the sales advisor before payment.

Discounts obtainable through Insiders points are integrated into the checkout flow. Customers selecting 'My Bag' will see an option to use available points for a discount, provided they have sufficient points. They can choose from predefined discount amounts or opt to cover the entire order value using points. This discount application occurs just before the final payment step.
