LEGO Insiders points expiry policy updated
LEGO Insiders points will now only expire if an account is inactive for 18 months. Earning or redeeming points resets this timer for another 18 months.

Under the new terms, points will not expire unless an account remains inactive for a continuous period of 18 months. The program's updated rule states that the 18-month inactivity timer resets every time a member earns or redeems points. This ensures that members who actively engage with the program will retain their points indefinitely, provided they meet the minimal activity requirement.
LEGO will notify members via email when they are approaching the 18-month inactivity threshold. These notifications will be sent to the email address associated with the member's account, giving them advance warning.
The adjustment is intended to enhance member satisfaction and encourage continued participation in the LEGO Insiders program. By extending the validity of points, LEGO seeks to foster stronger customer loyalty and a more positive user experience.
