LEGO GmbH is enhancing its e-commerce customer service by providing a 35-day window for free returns on orders placed through LEGO.com. This policy applies from the day the parcel is received by the customer.

The return process is designed for simplicity, with most returns able to be initiated online. Customers can access the return function via the 'orders' page on LEGO.com, regardless of whether they were logged into an account or checked out as a guest. Upon initiating a return, customers will receive a prepaid shipping label to use for returning items via a DPD Pickup Shop.

For customers in Northern Ireland, a different procedure is in place. They are advised to contact LEGO.com via email or phone. LEGO will then arrange for a courier to collect the package directly from their home. All returned items must be securely packaged in a sealed box.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of the items being received back by LEGO. However, customers should expect the refund to reflect in their bank account within up to 14 business days. Specific conditions apply to returns of Pick a Brick orders and gift cards, which require direct contact with customer service. Partial returns are not accepted for Pick a Brick orders, necessitating the return of all components at once.
