Lenovo Lecoo 14 Thin Laptop with Intel Core i5 Released
Lenovo has launched a new 14-inch Lecoo thin laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-13420H processor. The device is available with a government subsidy that lowers the final purchase price.

Lenovo's Lecoo brand has released the Lecoo 14 (Core Edition), a new 14-inch thin and light laptop, on e-commerce platforms. The device is listed with a suggested retail price of 4199 yuan (approximately $575 USD).
The laptop features an Intel Core i5-13420H processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB NVMe SSD. A key aspect of the launch is a government subsidy program, which reduces the final effective price to 3399.15 yuan (approximately $465 USD). The laptop is scheduled for its first sale on August 18.
Designed for portability, the Lecoo 14 weighs around 1.2kg and measures 16.6mm in thickness. It sports a 14-inch IPS display with a 1920x1200 resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and 300 nits brightness. Powering the device is a 55Wh battery. Connectivity options include two full-function USB-C 5Gbps ports, two USB-A 5Gbps ports, one USB-A 480Mbps port, an HDMI 1.4 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The availability of the government subsidy is part of a broader initiative in China to boost consumer spending on electronics and home appliances. This support makes the Lecoo 14 a more accessible option for budget-conscious consumers in the Chinese market.
