NEW YORK – LevelUP Human Capital Solutions (LevelUP HCS) has achieved ISO/IEC 42001 certification, establishing an internationally recognized framework for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). The company is among the early adopters of this standard within the recruitment industry.
The certification validates LevelUP HCS's dedication to responsible AI deployment in talent acquisition, highlighting robust governance, accountability, and the necessity of human oversight in hiring processes. The audit was conducted by A Good Certification Group (AGCG), an accredited certification body.
