Leverage Shares readies leveraged and short Anthropic ETFs ahead of IPO
Leverage Shares by Themes is launching three new ETFs providing leveraged and inverse exposure to Anthropic stock in anticipation of the AI company’s public listing.
Leverage Shares by Themes has announced the upcoming launch of three ETFs tracking the daily performance of Anthropic. The new funds, tickers ANUU, ANDD, and ANSS, are timed to coincide with the AI developer's expected initial public offering (IPO).
The suite includes the Leverage Shares 2x Long Anthropic Daily ETF (ANUU), the 2x Short ETF (ANDD), and the 1x Short ETF (ANSS). These products aim to deliver a multiple or inverse multiple of the underlying stock’s daily return. This structure allows traders to gain exposure to Anthropic's volatility without establishing direct leveraged or short positions.
Because these funds rebalance daily, they are subject to compounding effects over time, meaning performance over longer periods will likely diverge from the stated daily multiple. Consequently, the firm notes that these instruments are designed for active, knowledgeable investors who can monitor their portfolios frequently.
Anthropic’s public entry marks a significant milestone for the generative AI market. These ETFs provide a specialized mechanism for investors to take positions on the company’s valuation, growth projections, and competitive positioning as it transitions into the public markets.
