Levi & Korsinsky launches investigation into Csquare, Inc. financials
Law firm Levi & Korsinsky is investigating Csquare, Inc. following a short-seller report that challenged the accuracy of the company’s liquidity disclosures.

Law firm Levi & Korsinsky has initiated an investigation into Csquare, Inc. (CSQR) regarding potential securities law violations. The probe centers on the accuracy of the company's financial reporting, prompted by a short-seller report published on October 22, 2026.
The scrutiny follows allegations that Csquare misled investors regarding its capital position. As of June 30, 2026, the company reported $356 million in available liquidity. However, internal filings indicate that $209.5 million of this amount consisted of restricted cash not accessible for general corporate operations.
Shareholders have incurred losses following the market reaction to the report. The law firm is currently assessing whether Csquare failed to provide transparent financial disclosures, a move that could lead to legal action on behalf of investors who suffered financial damages.
