Levi & Korsinsky Reminds Beta Bionics Shareholders of November 3 Lead Plaintiff Deadline

Law firm Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is reminding purchasers of Beta Bionics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBNX) securities that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who acquired shares between July 30, 2025, and February 24, 2026.

The lawsuit alleges that Beta Bionics abandoned a built-in safety net for its iLet dosing algorithm and left more than 18,000 customer complaints uninvestigated. These alleged operational failures reportedly came to light only after the company's stock value had fallen by 72%. The stock declined from a class period high of $31.99 in January 2026 to approximately $8.90 by April 2026.

According to the complaint, Beta Bionics allegedly failed to engineer a workable failsafe to prevent over-dosing throughout nearly two decades of iLet development. The suit contends the company launched the device with an aggressive dosing algorithm that resulted in over-dosing and hypoglycemic events.

Furthermore, an FDA Form 483 issued in June 2025 identified over 18,000 uninvestigated iLet customer complaints accumulated over approximately two years. The FDA reportedly found the company had failed to investigate potentially life-threatening events. A January 2026 FDA Warning Letter cited deficiencies in the quality management system, medical device reporting, and corrective actions.

Shareholders must file motions to be appointed lead plaintiff by November 3, 2026. Levi & Korsinsky LLP specializes in shareholder rights litigation and has a track record of recovering funds for investors.
