LG Electronics has announced the pricing and pre-order availability for its 2025 LG Gram laptop lineup in the United States. This new range, introduced at CES 2025, marks the company's first laptops to feature on-device AI capabilities, powered by Intel's latest Core Ultra Series 2 CPUs. The laptops are engineered to deliver hybrid AI performance while maintaining the Gram series' signature slim and lightweight design.
During the pre-order period, running from February 24 to March 23, 2025, customers will receive a complimentary LG gram +view IPS portable monitor (valued at $349.99) and a $200 discount on select models. The lineup includes the LG gram Pro Z90TP, LG gram Pro Copilot+PC Z90TS, LG gram Pro 2-in-1 T90TP, and LG gram Copilot+PC Z90TL, with prices ranging from $1849 to $2399.
The 2025 models are equipped with Intel's next-generation Core Ultra Series 2 processors, including the H-series (Arrow Lake) and V-series (Lunar Lake). Laptops powered by Arrow Lake offer enhanced computing power and graphics compared to the 2024 models, while Lunar Lake-based variants are designed for Microsoft's "Copilot+" PC functionality, featuring AI-driven productivity tools such as real-time subtitle translation and Co-creator.
LG's proprietary gram AI technology, combined with cloud AI capabilities powered by GPT-4o, aims to provide a smarter, more secure, and personalized user experience. The gram chat On-Device feature processes data locally without requiring a network connection, while gram chat Cloud leverages extensive web-based datasets. This hybrid approach enhances productivity through personalized insights and streamlines device management.
All new Gram laptops support gram Link 2.0, an updated feature that facilitates cross-platform device connectivity and content sharing between various operating systems, including iOS and Android smartphones. This functionality also allows users to handle incoming phone calls directly on their laptops, minimizing workflow interruptions.
