LG Energy Solution Reports Q2 2026 Financial Results

LG Energy Solution announced its financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2026, reporting KRW 7.6 trillion in consolidated revenue and KRW 113.3 billion in operating profit.

The company's performance in the first half of the year showed a 10% increase in revenue compared to the same period in 2025. A significant driver of this growth was the energy storage systems (ESS) business, which saw its revenue increase 4.6 times. ESS now represents a substantial portion, specifically in the high-20% range, of the company's total revenue, indicating strong market demand for these solutions.

LG Energy Solution stated its intention to leverage this growth momentum by further developing its product portfolio. The company aims to meet evolving market needs and consolidate its position in the global battery market.
