LG initiates early Black Friday discounts on C6 OLED televisions
LG has reduced prices on its C6 OLED television lineup ahead of the traditional November sales period.
Electronics manufacturer LG has launched early Black Friday promotions on its C6 OLED television series, offering price reductions of up to $400. The 55-inch model is currently priced at $999.99, with similar discounts applied to larger screen sizes across major retail platforms including Amazon and Best Buy.
The C6 series features the Alpha 11 AI Gen3 processor and supports a 165Hz refresh rate, an incremental update over the previous generation designed to improve gaming performance. The hardware maintains four HDMI 2.1 ports and compatibility with AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync to mitigate screen tearing.
While the C6 supports high-end display standards and smart home integration, the company has recently addressed privacy concerns regarding user data collection. LG stated that features such as voice recognition and interest-based advertising are optional and disabled by default. The current promotional pricing remains active through November 1.
