LG Launches 32-inch Commercial E-Paper Display with Color E-Ink

LG has announced the launch of its 32-inch commercial e-paper display, model number 32RS1Q-B. The unit utilizes a 2K resolution (2560x1440) color E-Ink panel and operates on LG's WebOS platform, targeting applications such as digital signage, store menus, and hotel lobbies.

The display employs E Ink's Spectra 6 color technology and is designed for indoor environments, with an operating temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. LG advises against placing the screen in direct sunlight, such as in shop windows.

Key features include built-in Qi2 magnetic wireless charging support on the rear, capable of delivering up to 15W, allowing for continuous power supply from compatible devices like power banks. The display also houses a 72Wh battery, offering up to 10 hours of operation on a single charge. Standby power consumption is minimal at 0.5W, increasing to a maximum of 6W during screen refreshes.
