LG Launches HVAC Pro Dealer Program for Contractors

LG Air Conditioning Technologies has introduced the LG Pro Dealer Program, designed to provide residential and light commercial HVAC contractors with advanced training opportunities, enhanced sales and marketing resources, and increased financial incentives.

The program expands upon the LG Excellence Contractor program, which has seen average annual growth of 50 percent since 2016. The new LG Pro Dealer Program aims to equip contractors with deeper product and technology education, offering recognition and incentives for achieving competitive differentiation in their markets upon program completion. Benefits include technical, business, sales, and marketing support, alongside financial and partnership incentives.

Key features of the LG Pro Dealer program include a new portal for centralized access to all program tools and resources, consumer financing services, and bolstered training programs focusing on technical expertise and sales effectiveness. A new tiered achievement model offers increased loyalty and reward points for certain levels, along with opportunities for recognition at the LG Pro Dealer National Meeting.

To qualify, HVAC contractors must be nominated by an LG Distributor, attend a local LG Contractor Opportunity meeting, and complete a series of online training courses on LG products and applications. Upon meeting program requirements, LG Pro Dealers gain access to benefits such as an extended 12-year cumulative limited warranty on compressor parts, priority listing on the LG Dealer locator, access to consumer sales leads, and prioritized technical support.
