LG Opens Pre-Orders for New UltraGear evo GX9 and GM9 Gaming Monitors

LG Electronics has opened pre-orders for two new additions to its 2026 UltraGear evo gaming monitor lineup: the LG UltraGear evo GX9 and the LG UltraGear evo GM9. The GX9 is positioned as the world's first 39-inch curved 5K2K OLED gaming monitor, while the GM9 is a 27-inch 5K Hyper Mini LED gaming monitor.

The UltraGear evo GX9 is priced at $1,799.99 and is available for pre-order. It features a 0.03ms (GtG) response time and refresh rates up to 330Hz, aimed at competitive gaming. The monitor offers a 21:9 aspect ratio with a 1500R curve for a wider, more immersive view and supports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification.

The UltraGear evo GM9 costs $1,199. This 27-inch 5K (5120×2880) monitor utilizes Hyper Mini LED technology, delivering high contrast and brightness up to 1,250 nits, along with VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification. It is designed for users seeking high visual fidelity and rapid response times.

Customers who pre-order either monitor between April 6 and May 3, 2026, can purchase LG Premium Care, a two-year warranty extension, for an additional $1. The new monitors include AI-powered features and enhanced connectivity options such as DisplayPort 2.1 and USB-C with 90W power delivery.
