The event aims to display the company's "The Heart of Your Innovation" themed solutions, designed to address new regulations within China's Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector.
The Chinese HVAC market is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by increasingly stringent energy efficiency mandates and national carbon neutrality goals. These shifts necessitate fundamental innovation from manufacturers, moving beyond simple product enhancements.
LG's presence at CR Expo, a leading international exhibition for refrigeration and HVAC, underscores its strategic focus on the Chinese market. Unlike the AHR Expo in the US, which emphasized application-centric integrated solutions, CR Expo offers a more direct presentation of product lineups, including scroll compressors.
The solutions on display are intended to help manufacturers meet the new GB standards and transition to eco-friendly refrigerants. This includes low Global Warming Potential (GWP) options such as R290, R454B, and R32, aligning with future regulatory requirements and market demands.
