LG USA Rolls Out 2025 OLED evo TV Lineup

LG Electronics USA began taking pre-orders for its 2025 OLED evo G5 and C5 televisions on March 3. The new models aim to deliver enhanced picture quality, brightness, and AI-driven features to consumers.

The G5 series, powered by the Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen2, boasts a 45% increase in brightness compared to its predecessor, facilitated by Brightness Booster Ultimate technology. These televisions are certified for "Perfect Black" and "Perfect Color," ensuring deeper blacks and more accurate colors. The G5 series also supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, alongside advanced gaming features like 4K 165Hz VRR, NVIDIA G-SYNC, and AMD FreeSync Premium. A five-year panel warranty backs the G5 televisions.

The C5 series utilizes the Alpha 9 AI Processor Gen 8 and Brightness Booster technology. It also features "Perfect Black" and "Perfect Color" certifications, as well as Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. AI Picture Pro and AI Sound Pro are designed to refine visuals and audio, while the AI Picture/Sound Wizard customizes settings based on user preferences. For gamers, the C5 series offers 4K 144Hz refresh rates and low input lag.

The LG OLED evo G5 series is available in five sizes, ranging from 55 to 97 inches, with a starting MSRP of $2,499. The LG OLED evo C5 series comes in six sizes, from 42 to 83 inches, starting at $1,399. Availability at authorized retailers is expected soon. For a limited time, pre-order customers can receive free wall or stand setup and discounts on select LG soundbars.
