Li Auto and Alipay Enhance In-Car Ecosystem Services
Li Auto and Alipay have expanded their collaboration, integrating more ecosystem services into vehicles. New features allow for voice-activated fuel payments and movie ticket purchases.
Li Auto announced an upgrade to its in-car ecosystem services in partnership with Alipay during the 2026 Alipay Bund Conference on September 11. Building on previous integrations, the companies are enhancing the user experience within the vehicle's digital environment.
The expanded services include voice-activated features for common tasks. When refueling, drivers can now use the command "Help me refuel with one click" to initiate a fuel order and complete the payment process through the vehicle's system.
Movie ticket purchasing has also been streamlined. By asking the in-car assistant to "buy movie tickets," the system can search for nearby screenings, allow users to select showtimes and seats, and then complete the transaction via voice command.
This latest development follows previous collaborations between Li Auto and Alipay. In July 2025, they launched the "Alipay In-Car Assistant" app, providing access to Alipay's mini-programs and payment functions. Earlier that month, an automatic parking payment feature was introduced, allowing drivers to settle parking fees with a simple voice command.
