Li Auto L9 Cumulative Deliveries Exceed 300,000 Units
Li Auto announced that the cumulative deliveries of its L9 SUV model have surpassed 300,000 units. The vehicle was launched in August 2022.
Li Auto has announced that its L9 SUV model has achieved cumulative deliveries exceeding 300,000 units. This milestone comes less than four years after the vehicle began deliveries in late August 2022, following its initial launch in June 2022.
According to the company, the L9 has held the top position in China's full-size SUV market based on insurance registration data as of June 2026. The fleet has collectively traveled over 15.5 billion kilometers, equivalent to approximately 52 round trips between the Earth and the Sun. Users have also issued over 2.9 billion voice commands to the vehicle.
The L9 is positioned as a premium family SUV. Founder Li Xiang has previously stated the vehicle is the most practical family SUV available for under 5 million yuan, comparing it to luxury models like the Mercedes-Benz GLS and BMW X7.
Li Auto previously set an industry record in September 2022 when the 10,000th L9 rolled off the production line at its Changzhou manufacturing base, marking a fast ramp-up for the model.
