Li Auto previews new MEGA model with updated paint and wheels
Li Auto has revealed details for its upcoming MEGA model, featuring an updated "Panda White" pearl paint and exclusive white "flying saucer" wheels. The vehicle is set for an official launch on September 2.
Chinese automaker Li Auto has provided a preview of its new MEGA model, officially slated for release on September 2. Ahead of its debut, the company announced that the vehicle will feature an enhanced "Panda White" pearl paint option and unique white "flying saucer" wheels.
The new MEGA measures 5355 mm in length, 1965 mm in width, and 1850 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3300 mm and a curb weight of 2925 kg. The vehicle is designed to accommodate seven passengers in a 2+2+3 seating configuration, with flexible rear seating arrangements impacting cargo space.
Powering the vehicle is a dual-motor setup, with front and rear motors producing 155 kW and 258 kW respectively. The battery system is supplied by CATL. The MEGA also incorporates advanced sensor technology, including semi-hidden door handles and four solid-state LiDAR units, an increase from previous configurations.
Internally, the new MEGA will resemble Li Auto's L9 model, featuring a new integrated display screen. The vehicle is capable of reaching a top speed of 200 km/h.
