Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Li Auto has announced the launch schedule for its 2026 i6 model. Display vehicles are set to arrive at dealerships on October 11, with an official market debut and launch event scheduled for October 28. Deliveries are expected to commence in early November.

Li Auto CEO Li Xiang detailed six key upgrades for the new i6. These include brighter ADB matrix headlights, an electric front trunk, upgraded "zero gravity" front seats, and larger screens: a 29-inch 6K panoramic display for the front and a 21-inch 4K entertainment screen for the rear. The vehicle also boasts a 96 kWh battery offering a CLTC range of 780 kilometers, powered by a Qualcomm 8797 chip and Li Auto's self-developed Mach M100 processor.

Xiang emphasized the company's strategy of focusing on core user value rather than pursuing "blockbuster" product categories. He stated that Li Auto prioritizes its strengths, choosing not to enter segments like sports cars or pickup trucks. "Blockbusters are never planned," Xiang commented. "They are the result of delivering user value effectively."

Technical specifications confirm the 2026 Li Auto i6 measures 4950 mm in length, 1935 mm in width, and 1655 mm in height, with a 3000 mm wheelbase. It will be available in single-motor and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations, with power outputs ranging from 250 kW for the single-motor version. The vehicle has already completed its declaration process and features Li Auto's proprietary 5C battery technology and Mach chip.
