LIAN LI Launches Edge V2 Series of PC Power Supplies
LIAN LI has announced the release of its Edge V2 series of ATX PC power supplies. The new range continues the distinctive L-shaped design of its predecessor while adjusting power configurations.
LIAN LI, a manufacturer of PC components, has introduced the Edge V2 series of ATX power supplies. This latest iteration retains the unique L-shaped design seen in the original Edge series, a key distinguishing feature. However, the company has adjusted the power output options and configurations for the new models.
The Edge V2 series is available in Platinum and Gold efficiency ratings. The Platinum V2 models offer higher power capacities, ranging from 1000W to 1350W (1000W, 1200W, 1350W). The Gold V2 models provide 850W and 1000W options. This differs from the previous generation, which offered a broader spectrum of wattages in both Platinum and Gold tiers.
All units in the Edge V2 series measure 182mm in length and incorporate a 120mm fan. They have achieved certifications from 80 PLUS, Cybenetics, and PPLP for their energy efficiency and come with a 10-year warranty. A notable specification change is the reduction in combined output power for the +3.3V and +5V rails to 100W.
The higher-end Platinum V2 models feature a detachable magnetic dust filter and a 360-hour cleaning reminder. The 1000W, 1200W, and 1350W Platinum V2 units include the Edge Hub V2 for cable management. The 1350W model additionally bundles shorter 24+4Pin and 12V-2x6Pin modular cables for tidier builds. The 1000W Gold V2 also includes the Edge Hub V2, while the 850W Gold V2 model does not.
