Liberty HealthShare Reports 24 Consecutive Months of Enrollment Growth

Canton, Ohio – Liberty HealthShare, a Christian healthcare sharing ministry, announced it has achieved 24 consecutive months of year-over-year enrollment growth. Enrollment through August 2026 shows a nearly 56% increase compared to the same period in 2025 and more than doubles the levels seen in 2024.

The consistent growth reflects a growing interest in affordable alternatives to conventional health insurance plans. Liberty HealthShare has focused on providing greater transparency and enhancing the member experience. The ministry has also reduced members' monthly share amounts over the past two years while improving its programs and services.

"Twenty-four consecutive months of year-over-year enrollment growth tells us that more Americans are looking for affordable ways to manage their healthcare costs and finding value in the Liberty HealthShare ministry," said Liberty HealthShare Chief Executive Officer Dorsey Morrow. He noted that despite national trends of rising healthcare expenses, the ministry has lowered monthly share amounts for two consecutive years.

Liberty HealthShare implemented reductions in monthly share amounts, with family programs seeing an average decrease of 16% in June 2026. Additionally, the ministry returned over $2 million to members. The organization emphasizes transparency by informing members and the public about submitted medical expenses, savings from repricing, and community-shared eligible expenses.

In 2025, members submitted nearly 205,000 medical expenses totaling $385.4 million. Through discounts, negotiations, and medical bill repricing, Liberty HealthShare saved members $259.3 million, reducing original charges by over 67%. The community shared $87.4 million in eligible medical expenses. The ministry states its ongoing commitment to affordable healthcare solutions and enhancing the member experience.
