Lighting Executive Mark McClear Appointed President of US LED, Ltd.

US LED, Ltd., a manufacturer of commercial, industrial, and sign lighting solutions, announced on October 1, 2026, the appointment of Mark McClear as its President. McClear's role will center on expanding strategic national accounts and bolstering the company's presence in the lighting controls market.

McClear joins US LED from Casambi Technologies, where he served as global CEO. Casambi specializes in wireless Bluetooth lighting control systems. US LED established a strategic partnership with Casambi in 2022 to integrate its mesh network capabilities into US LED products.

Ron Farmer, founder and CEO of US LED, Ltd., stated that McClear has a proven track record of leading global lighting and technology businesses through significant growth. "We value his expertise in taking LED lighting, controls, and project services to an even broader market," Farmer said.

Prior to Casambi, McClear held executive positions at BIOS Lighting and Seoul Semiconductor, driving new business development across the Americas. He is also noted for building high-performing teams and strengthening customer relationships at companies including Phonic, CREE, and Dow Chemical.

At US LED, McClear will leverage his extensive experience in LED lighting and technology to cultivate new enterprise relationships nationwide. The company, founded in 2001, offers end-to-end lighting solutions, including project management and installation services.
