Lilly reports clinical data on olomorasib for KRAS G12C-mutated lung cancer
New trial results presented at ESMO 2026 show olomorasib demonstrates durable efficacy when used as first-line treatment for advanced KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC.

Eli Lilly and Company unveiled clinical data regarding its investigational drug olomorasib at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) congress. The research focused on the efficacy of the drug as a first-line treatment regimen for patients diagnosed with advanced, KRAS G12C-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
According to the findings, the inclusion of olomorasib alongside standard immunotherapy—with or without chemotherapy—provided durable activity across varying PD-L1 expression levels. The results suggest that the treatment could offer a broader application for patients who previously had limited therapeutic options.
KRAS G12C mutations have traditionally been complex to target in oncological settings. Eli Lilly intends to utilize these findings to further develop the clinical program for olomorasib as it moves toward potential regulatory submissions.
