Lilly to Present New Oncology Data at ESMO Congress
Eli Lilly and Company will present new data from its oncology pipeline at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress in Madrid this October. The presentations will include findings from various stages of drug development across multiple cancer types.

Eli Lilly and Company announced it will present new data from its oncology pipeline at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress in Madrid, Spain, from October 23–27. The presentations will cover data from clinical trials for several drug candidates targeting various cancers, including ovarian, lung, thyroid, and breast cancers.
Key presentations will include initial Phase 1 data for sofetabart mipitecan, Lilly's investigational FRα-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), in platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer. Updated findings for olomorasib, an investigational therapy for KRAS G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), will also be featured. New data for selpercatinib (Retevmo) and abemaciclib (Verzenio) are also set to be shared.
Jacob Van Naarden, Executive Vice President and President of Lilly Oncology, stated that the ESMO presentations reflect the breadth of Lilly's oncology portfolio and its focus on science that can change patient care. He expressed particular encouragement regarding the data for sofetabart mipitecan in ovarian cancer and the promising results for olomorasib in lung cancer.
Further presentations will include updated results from the Phase 3 LIBRETTO-531 study for selpercatinib in thyroid cancer, as well as overall survival data from the Phase 3 postMONARCH trial for abemaciclib in breast cancer. These presentations highlight ongoing progress in improving cancer care.
