LIMPID Corp., an AI-driven pet healthcare company, has acquired vision AI firm PetPeotalk. The acquisition aims to bolster LIMPID's Kinfora platform, which focuses on improving pet health through artificial intelligence.
The deal combines veterinary nutrition expertise with pet-behavior AI that has been trained on over 350 million video records. PetPeotalk's founder will join LIMPID as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), contributing to the company's objective of creating a digital twin for every pet to better predict and manage health risks.
This strategic move supports LIMPID's ambition to offer more comprehensive and proactive healthcare services for pets. By integrating deep expertise in pet behavior AI, the company intends to transform how pet health is monitored and maintained.
