Lincoln Educational Services Faces Securities Class Action Lawsuit
Law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz has initiated a class action lawsuit against Lincoln Educational Services, alleging the company misled investors regarding student enrollment conversions.
Schall, Brown & Schwartz (SBS) has announced a class action lawsuit against Lincoln Educational Services Corporation, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act. The litigation centers on claims that the firm provided false and misleading statements to shareholders between May 11, 2026, and August 9, 2026.
The complaint alleges that Lincoln’s internal processes failed to effectively convert prospective students into active enrollees. The lawsuit argues that the resulting discrepancy between projected and actual student starts rendered the company's public disclosures during this period materially inaccurate, leading to financial losses for investors upon disclosure of the discrepancies.
Shareholders who purchased stock during the specified window are being solicited to serve as lead plaintiffs. The deadline for filing for lead plaintiff status is November 10, 2026. As of now, the class has not been certified by the court.
